The role

At Nortempo ETT, we are looking to hire an Archive and Logistics Support Operator for a center located in Martorell.

What you'll do

We are looking for an organized, responsible person with the ability to manage physical documentation, accustomed to working in warehouse environments, and with availability to perform occasional deliveries or transfers using company vehicles.

Archiving, classification, and organization of physical documentation.
Preparation, placement, and management of documentation in the archive.
Consultation and tracking of documentation using basic IT tools.
Use of Excel and computer for documentation control.
Support in warehouse tasks related to document management.
Carrying out occasional deliveries and transfers with company vehicles.

Important

This position does not correspond to a traditional administrative role. It is an operational profile focused mainly on physical archiving tasks, document management, and logistics support, including occasional deliveries or transfers when necessary.
