Requirements

What we're looking for

🎓 Education: High School diploma or completed Higher Level Vocational Training (FP).

German: minimum level A2 (ESSENTIAL).

Spanish: excellent command, both spoken and written. Native level.

💻 Office Automation: high level of proficiency with office tools, especially for administrative management.

📋 Organization: capacity for learning, organization, and process monitoring.

💬 Communication: excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.

💪 Personal competencies: organized, resourceful, adaptable person with resilience.

Nice to have

✨ We value: previous professional experience as a text translator and/or experience in administrative functions

📅 Initial 1-month contract, with the possibility of joining the permanent staff.

🕐 Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:00 h.

💰 10.59 € gross/hour.

The role

🌟 We are looking for an Administrator with A2 German in Manacor!

Do you have administrative training, possess an A2 level of German, and are looking for an opportunity to develop your experience in a consolidated company? We are looking for you! 🙌

We are looking to hire an Administrator with German to provide support to different areas of the company and mainly perform translation, administrative management, and communication with the stores.

⚠️ A minimum German level of A2 is essential. Applications that do not meet this requirement cannot be considered.

What you'll do

📝 Translation of merchandise descriptions from German to Spanish/Catalan.

📧 Translation and management of emails.

📄 Translation of documents and general documentation.

🏪 Close collaboration with the stores.

📂 Management of different administrative tasks.
