Requirements

The role

At Nortempo Ett we are looking for a Controller Assistant to join a company located in Valga, where they will provide support to the department in tasks involving production planning, control, and monitoring, collaborating in the optimization of costs, times, and resources.

What you'll do

Support in production planning and monitoring.
Control and analysis of costs, times, and productive resources.
Preparation and updating of monitoring reports.
Data management and exploitation through ERP systems.
Coordination with different departments to ensure compliance with operational objectives.
Administrative support linked to production processes.

How you'll work

-Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday.

-Flexible start time between 08:00 and 09:30.

-Monday to Thursday: 8.5 hours daily, including half an hour for lunch.

Friday: 5 hours of work, adjusted based on the arrival time.
