The role

At Nortempo, we are selecting an experienced Graphic Designer in production to join a company in the graphics sector. We are looking for an organized, decisive person oriented toward production, capable of managing multiple projects and working with tight deadlines.

We are looking for a practical, solution-oriented, and production-focused individual, accustomed to working in dynamic environments with multiple simultaneous projects.

What you'll do

Design and adaptation of graphic pieces for different media and applications.
Layout of works intended for printing, signage, and manufacturing.
Adaptation of designs provided by clients to different formats and media.
Preparation of final artwork and files ready for production.
Making modifications and adjustments according to the needs of the client or the internal
Technical review of files before they are sent to production.
File preparation taking into account formats, measurements, scales, indents,
Adaptation of designs to different materials and printing or manufacturing systems.
Detection and resolution of technical issues before the start of production.
Coordination with the production department to guarantee the correct execution of projects.
Planning and organization of tasks according to priorities and delivery dates.
Simultaneous management of several projects.
Follow-up on jobs until their completion.
Reorganization of tasks in the face of last-minute changes or urgent jobs.
Compliance with deadlines and communication of possible issues that may affect deliveries.
