The role

Would you like to develop your professional career in the automotive sector, even if you do not yet have experience?

We are looking for people with a desire to learn, a positive attitude, and motivation to join a major manufacturer of special vehicles. Through a free training program - January 2027 - you will acquire the necessary knowledge to work in a highly specialized industrial environment.

What profile are we looking for?

Experience in automotive is not essential.

We will especially value people who bring

Attitude, commitment, and a desire to learn a trade.
Experience in industrial painting or working on different materials such as fiber, polyester, metal, or composites.
Knowledge of sanding, surface preparation, and finishing.
Experience in industrial sectors, metal, naval, carpentry, manufacturing, or related activities.
Manual dexterity and attention to detail.

If you have worked painting, repairing, assembling, or preparing surfaces in any industrial sector, we want to meet you.

Requirements

Availability to complete the training prior to and after joining.
Ability to work in a team and follow manufacturing procedures.

Experience in industrial painting or paint application on different materials (fiber, polyester, metal, composites, wood, etc.) will be valued.
Knowledge of sanding, preparation, and surface finishing.
Experience in sectors such as metal, naval, carpentry, construction, industrial manufacturing, or related activities.
Handling of manual and electric tools.
Vocational training related to manufacturing, maintenance, automotive, or similar.

Proactive attitude, commitment, and a willingness to learn.
Interest in professional development within the automotive sector.
