The role

🚀 At Nortempo, we are looking for a Human Resources Technician to join a leading company in the management and logistics of reusable packaging for the food sector, in a dynamic, international, and constantly growing environment.

📅 This is a long-term temporary position, to cover sick leave and subsequent maternity leave, with an expected duration until September-October of next year.

What you'll do

✅ Management and monitoring of time registration via Sesame.
✅ Control and analysis of absenteeism, sick leave, and workplace accidents.
✅ Coordination with the mutual insurance company and managers of the various work centers.
✅ Management of documentation related to Data Protection (GDPR).
✅ Document control for new hires.
✅ Support in projects and general tasks of the HR department.
✅ Participation in the continuous improvement of people management processes.

Requirements

✨ Organized, proactive person with a desire to continue growing in the Human Resources area.

🎓 Training related to HR, Labor Relations, Administration, or similar.

🇬🇧 English level is valued.

🚗 Own vehicle.
