Location: Revilla de Camargo

📞📊 We are looking for an organized person, with administrative experience and accustomed to working with accounting software, to join the finance department performing follow-up and collections claim tasks.

What you'll do

🔧 What will you do on a daily basis?

Claiming and following up on outstanding collections.
Telephone contact with clients for payment management.
Review and verification of invoices.
Monitoring of due dates and collection statuses.
Administrative management related to the client portfolio.
Recording and updating information in accounting software.
Coordination with other departments for the resolution of administrative issues.
