The role

At Nortempo ETT, we are looking for a Data Analysis and Process Improvement Technician for an important company located in Picassent (Valencia).

What you'll do

Analyze internal processes and identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
Propose and implement operational improvements to increase process efficiency.
Design, create, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Analyze data and generate insights to support decision-making in the sales, customer service, and logistics departments.
Automate tasks and processes using tools such as Excel, Python, and SQL.
Collaborate with different departments to optimize the overall performance of the company.
