Tow Truck Driver

Temporary contract to cover a long-term leave of absence.

Schedule from 8:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday. From the last week of June until the first week of September, the working schedule will be from 7:30 to 15:00, Monday to Friday.

We provide integral management of work vehicles so that professionals and companies can focus their efforts on their business.

We currently need to incorporate a Crane Driver into our Madrid team, whose main mission is to deliver and collect Northgate vehicles.

Collection of reports from the previous day to manage the following working day.

Transfer / collection of the vehicle between Branches. Occasionally, transfers involving an overnight stay.

Vehicle loading and unloading.

Delivery of new vehicle registrations to customers.

Delivery of repaired vehicles to customers.

Pickups of liquidation vehicles

Pickups / Deliveries of vehicles at external workshops.

Movements between Branches and/or Depots of any Northgate center

Pickups of vehicles at tow truck depots and/or reported for misappropriation

Transportation of company staff in case of need (e.g., train stations, airports, etc.)

Daily customer service, in person and by telephone.

Informing the customer about the car's equipment in the case of a new vehicle.

Completion of the accident report together with the customer.

General vehicle check before delivery to the customer.

Tachograph download once a month and sending the information to Headquarters.

Maintenance of the crane

Coordination of crane breakdown repairs with the Branch Workshop Manager.

Telephone coordination with customers, workshops, and branches regarding the car to be collected.
