Requirements

What we're looking for

Education: Degree in Economics or Business Administration and Management, with experience in Operations Management and/or costs.

Tools: Advanced Excel, knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (Qlikview, Power BI), Power Point.

Skills: analytical and numerical capacity, synthesis skills. Teamwork, with a transversal vision.

Nice to have

Experience: preferable (Combined experience in finance and operations, or costs and operations), with advanced use of Excel, and desirable BI tools. Budget preparation and variance analysis.

?? Permanent contract and full-time 40-hour workday from Monday to Friday.

Flexible schedule from Monday to Friday: entry from 07:30 to 09:30 and exit from 16:30 to 18:30.

On Fridays you can leave at 14:00, and you will have intensive working days during the summer months.

The role

What you'll do

Analyze and control the status and evolution of the activity of the various areas of the Operations department in order to control, optimize, and develop the different processes

Analyze activity for the creation of procedures and methodologies in the Operations area.

Implement projects in the Operations area and monitor them

Identify, measure, and monitor indicators in the Operations area, as well as propose new ones

Implement improvement actions and monitor them across all areas of the department

Analyze and study processes and operational activity of the competition and the sector through benchmarking

Prepare and report periodic reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual) based on KPIs, implemented projects and procedures, as well as data of interest to the Operations area

Direct and continuous interlocution with the rest of the company's areas to analyze and cross-reference data to help improve the company's processes

Develop new procedures, methodologies, and work policies in the Operations areas

Work hand in hand with the rest of the departments in order to apply the most profitable operations for the Company

Compliance with ISMS, GDPR, confidentiality, and information security policies applicable to the position
