The role
📍 Madrid | Hybrid model There are financial areas that you can know in a generalist way. And others in which developing a specialization can define a career. Securitization and structured finance is one of them. At NTT DATA, we are looking to bring on board a person with 2-3 years of experience who wants to delve deeper into securitization operations, financial modeling, and credit risk, participating in projects for national and international financial entities. We are not necessarily looking for you to already be a securitization specialist. If you come from credit risk, structured finance, financial modeling, fixed income, portfolio analysis, or quantitative financial analysis and want to take your knowledge to a more specialized field, we also want to meet you. 🎯 The challenge You will join projects where you will work on real securitization and structured finance operations, combining financial analysis, data, and modeling. You will have the opportunity to understand an operation from its underlying assets to its cash flow structures, analyze how its risk evolves, and convert large volumes of financial information into useful conclusions for decision-making. As you advance, you will gain autonomy and exposure to clients and other stakeholders, building a specialization with a strong quantitative and financial component. 🔎 What will you do? You will participate in the analysis of securitization and structured finance operations, understanding their structure, behavior, and main risk factors. You will develop, review, and analyze financial models and securitization models, working with hypotheses, scenarios, and cash flows. You will analyze underlying asset portfolios, their characteristics, and their credit behavior using aggregate and loan-level data. You will evaluate amortization profiles, operation evolution, tranches, and key credit risk metrics. You will work with large volumes of financial information to transform data into clear analysis, conclusions, and recommendations. You will prepare documentation and deliverables for clients, progressively developing your ability to structure and defend conclusions. You will participate in team meetings and, increasingly, in sessions with clients and other stakeholders. You will contribute to improving and automating analytical and modeling processes, incorporating tools that allow for more efficient work. 🧩 What are we looking for? We are especially interested in your ability to understand numbers and explain what they mean. We are looking for previous experience of approximately 2-3 years in one of these areas: Securitization · Structured Finance · Credit Risk · Financial Modelling · Fixed Income · Portfolio Analysis · Quantitative Financial Analysis. Direct experience in securitization will be highly valued, but it is not an exclusive requirement. We are also interested in meeting profiles that have developed a solid foundation in related fields and want to specialize. Additionally: University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, or other quantitative disciplines. Good level of financial analysis and modeling. Advanced Excel. Ability to work with financial information and loan-level data. Knowledge of Python, SQL, or other analysis tools will be valued. Analytical capacity, curiosity, and ease in structuring complex problems. Fluent Spanish and English, necessary for working in the international context of the projects. Your experience may come from banking, financial consulting, rating agencies, investment firms, international financial institutions, or other environments related to risk and financial markets. 🚀 Why could this be a good next step? Because it is not just about participating in financial projects. It is about building knowledge in a field where credit risk, markets, regulation, data, and modeling converge, working on problems that require understanding both the detail of a portfolio and the complete financial logic of an operation. At NTT DATA, we believe that growing means being able to take on increasingly complex challenges without stopping learning. You will have access to teams with specialized knowledge, projects with relevant clients, and an environment in which you can progressively gain autonomy, interaction, and technical depth. We are a global team of more than 139,000 professionals, present in more than 50 countries, that combines technology, business, and consulting to accompany large organizations in their transformation processes. And we want that size to work in favor of your development: access to different knowledge, sectors, and geographies, while maintaining close teams where sharing what you know, asking questions, and learning is part of the work. 💙 What you will find at NTT DATA Flexibility and work-life balance. We work with a hybrid and flexible model, along with measures oriented toward facilitating the balance between your professional and personal life. Continuous learning. You will have access to funding for training and opportunities to continue developing both specialized knowledge and new capabilities. Health and wellbeing. You will have corporate medical insurance—with 100% coverage of your policy and 80% for eligible beneficiaries—life and accident insurance, sports activities, and mental health programs. Options to optimize your benefits. You will have access to flexible compensation, childcare through flexible compensation, a discount portal, and advantages in certain financial and insurance products. Community. You will be able to participate in initiatives and activities that connect people from different teams and allow you to contribute beyond the project. At NTT DATA, we believe that every person is unique and different, and therefore we bet on an inclusive culture that recognizes and values diversity. We work day by day to create an environment in which we can explore, live, and enhance our own singularity. #WeAreAllUnique #YouMakeUsUnique Make THIS the place to grow
