We are looking for a Finance Intern to join our team in Barcelona (Torre Auditori), where you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in financial processes, data analysis and management control within a dynamic and global environment.

• Support the Finance team in the administrative and operational tasks of the department.
• Collaborate in updating, reviewing and validating financial data in ERP systems and corporate tools.
• Assist in the management and accounting of invoices, as well as in monitoring costs and revenues under the supervision of the team.
• Participate in preparing the documentation required for monthly closings.
• Help in preparing and updating financial reports and monitoring dashboards.
• Collaborate in collecting and performing basic analysis of financial information for different areas of the company.
• Provide support in documenting procedures and in continuous improvement projects within the department.
• Maintain proper organization and filing of financial documentation.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure the quality and consistency of information recorded in the systems.
• Learn and become familiar with the financial processes, management tools and internal controls of a company in the logistics sector.

• Experience or knowledge of ERP systems will be valued.
