Are you interested in joining the operations team of a growing insurance brokerage and contributing directly to its technical and administrative excellence?

At SABSEG Group, we are looking for an Insurance Analyst - Back Office to strengthen our team with a methodical, resourceful, and detail-oriented person who will help ensure agile, accurate, and efficient service.

You will be part of the Technical Back Office team, providing administrative support to different areas of the group. You will be responsible for key tasks such as policy issuance, document management, and receipt reconciliation, contributing to the smooth day-to-day operations.

• Issuing policies, endorsements, and receipts with quality and within established deadlines.
• Managing and filing documentation related to M&A transactions and financial lines.
• Reconciling receipts with insurers and internal departments.
• Supporting the administration of renewals, placements, and risk monitoring.
• Coordinating with technical and commercial teams to ensure smooth management.
• Reviewing data, entering information into systems, and supporting report preparation.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles at a brokerage, insurance company, or another company in the sector.
• Basic knowledge of financial lines and M&A products is a plus.
• An organized, rigorous person with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Proficient use of office tools and digital environments.
