Senior Salesforce Consultant / Solution Architect – Education Cloud

Your stack and tools

• Salesforce Education Cloud: education data model, admissions, program management and academic offering, student success, and advising.

• Experience Cloud for applicant, student, and alumni portals.

• Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud applied to the student lifecycle.

• Data Cloud and data architecture.

• Integration patterns and knowledge of MuleSoft.

• Agentforce applied to educational use cases (valuable).

Your profile

• At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce, with a demonstrable track record designing complex solutions.

• Experience in Education Cloud (or the previous Education Data Architecture, EDA), with participation in at least 2 real projects in educational institutions.

• Deep knowledge of educational sector processes: recruitment and admission cycles, academic calendars, enrollment, student services, and alumni relations.

• Hybrid business-technical profile: capable of discussing applicant conversion rates with a vice-rectorate or admissions director in the morning, and the data model in the afternoon.

• Total autonomy in end-to-end solution design and experience functionally leading Salesforce projects through to production.

• Experience in pre-sales: scope definition, estimation, commercial proposal.

• We value Education Cloud accreditation and Consultant certifications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) and Architect certifications (Application Architect, Solution Architect).

Your main missions

• Lead discovery workshops and functional definition with educational institutions, working with admissions, marketing, student services, academic registry, and management teams.

• Design end-to-end solutions on Education Cloud that cover the entire student lifecycle: recruitment, admissions and enrollment, student success and advising, employability, and alumni. Ensure they are scalable, viable, and profitable.

• Build commercial proposals for the educational sector: scope definition, estimation, functional architecture, and implementation approach.

• Be responsible for the solution throughout the entire project: detailed functional design, data model, and architecture decisions in Education Cloud.

• Functionally lead the delivery team (consultants, developers, and technical architects), resolving doubts, reviewing configuration, and ensuring that what is built responds to what was designed and what the institution needs.

• Design and supervise integration with the academic ecosystem (SIS such as UXXI, Sigma or others, LMS such as Moodle or Canvas, payment gateways, and Data Cloud), together with the technical leads.

• Direct functional validation with the client (sprint demos, acceptance testing, go-live) and support adoption after implementation.

• Be the institution's point of reference throughout the entire cycle, from the first meeting to the evolution of the platform, generating trust with academic, business, and technical stakeholders.

Location and modality

Hub in Bilbao or 100% remote from Spain. Flexible hybrid: if you live in Bilbao or nearby, you will combine office and remote work according to your preference. If you live outside, the position is 100% remote within Spanish territory.
