Senior Business Specialist – AI & Salesforce Agentforce

Your profile

• At least 5 years of demonstrable experience in Salesforce projects (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, or other clouds), as a functional consultant, business analyst, or solution consultant.

• At least 2 years of experience with Agentforce (or Einstein Copilot) in medium-high complexity use cases: integrations with data and systems, multiple chained actions, complex business rules, preferably in production.

• Good knowledge of Flows, Prompt Builder, the Salesforce data model, and security model.

• Analytical mindset and business orientation: you ask yourself what problem we are solving, what value it generates, and how to measure it.

• Experience leading functional relationships with clients and the ability to organize complex ideas and defend design decisions.

• We value Salesforce certifications (Agentforce Specialist, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud Consultant), experience with Data Cloud, Apex or integrations via API/MuleSoft, and working English.

You will join as a Senior Business Specialist - IA & Agentforce to lead the definition, design, and implementation of artificial intelligence solutions on Salesforce.
Your mission will be to help our clients identify where AI can generate real impact, convert that opportunity into a concrete use case, and bring it to production with a robust, measurable, and sustainable solution. Additionally, you will be a reference for the team and mentor profiles with less experience.

What will be your role?

• Leadership of AI use cases: identification and prioritization of opportunities, problem definition, business objectives, impacted users, expected value, success criteria, and adoption metrics.

• Design and implementation with Agentforce: definition of topics, instructions, and actions (Flows, Apex, Prompt Builder), business rules, knowledge sources, grounding with Salesforce and Data Cloud data, guardrails, and escalation criteria to humans.

• Agent quality and operation: testing strategy, evaluation of agent behavior, continuous tuning, production monitoring, and solution governance.

• Functional analysis and solution design: requirement gathering, process documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, design decisions, and functional validation with the client.

• Discovery and pre-sales: direction of workshops, demos, proofs of concept, and construction of the solution's functional and business narrative.

Location and modality

Hub in Bilbao or 100% remote from Spain. Flexible hybrid: if you live in Bilbao or nearby, you will combine office and remote work according to your preference. If you live outside, the position is 100% remote within Spanish territory.

We work with Salesforce Agentforce, Data Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and generative AI and automation solutions.
We are looking for someone who already masters the platform and has brought AI agents into production. You must know what makes an agent truly work: data, context, actions, limits, and governance.
