Requirements
What we're looking for
Degree in Fashion Design or similar.
3-5 years of experience in men's fashion design, preferably in companies with seasonal collections and high-volume production.
Knowledge of tailoring, shirtmaking, and outerwear.
Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and technical tools.
Fluent English (min. B2/C1); another language will be valued.
Ability to work in a team, calendar organization, and meeting deadlines.
Nice to have
We also value
Experience in sustainability applied to design and production.
Knowledge of digitalization (3D, digital technical sheets).
Sensitivity toward different international markets.
Availability to travel to trade fairs or supervise production.

Design men's fashion collections that reflect the essence of Núñez de Arenas: sobriety, elegance, and balanced modernity.
Interpret international trends through our own unique style.
Develop technical sheets and coordinate with pattern making, purchasing, and production.
Participate in fittings and prototype supervision.
Provide aesthetic coherence, functionality, and commercial vision to the collections.
