The role

What you'll do

* Respect the Store Management: Actively collaborate with the Store Manager and the team in the integral management of the establishment, guaranteeing the correct execution of the company's procedures.

*Commercial management and monitoring of indicators: Perform daily monitoring of sales, objectives, and KPIs, assuming opportunities for improvement and accepting advice from the monitoring team.

*Administrative management: Provide support in document control, compliance with internal procedures, and correct administrative management of the point of sale.

*Visual Merchandising and brand image: Guarantee the maintenance of the correct implementation of Visual Merchandising guidelines, window displays, promotions, and commercial campaigns, ensuring an excellent store image and a differential shopping experience for the customer.

*Stock management and operations: Support the reception, replenishment, organization, and control of merchandise, guaranteeing stock reliability, the correct maintenance of the warehouse, and compliance with inventory procedures.

*Customer experience: Ensure excellent customer service, driving personalized sales, loyalty, and compliance with the service standards defined by the company.

*Operational organization: Comply with daily activities, ensuring the correct execution of tasks, compliance with procedures, and the proper opening and closing of the establishment when applicable.
