Your mission will be, from the networks and Communications area, to provide the corresponding services in terms of Networking, IP Telephony, Presence Access or Physical Security

And what does the project consist of? The day-to-day is very varied, but some of the functions you will participate in are:

What you'll do

  • Provide advanced technical support, remotely or on-site.
  • Advising internal or external clients on the standard product.
  • Support for the pre-sales area on the standard product.
  • Carry out the procedures established on each occasion for the delivery of delivery note documentation for materials and work, both to clients and the company.
  • Propose training on new solutions or technologies and collaborate in the ongoing training of the department.
  • Report the full working day in the Ticketing tool, properly assigning this report to the most appropriate ticket.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the tasks/responsibilities described above.

  • University degree
  • Demonstrable experience of at least 3 years in network project execution.
  • Experience in security projects with Fortinet firewalls, more than 3 years 
  • More than 3 years of experience in executing switching and routing projects.
  • Knowledge of wireless networks 

Anything else that adds value?

  • CCNA certification, higher or equivalent
