Senior OSH Technical Manager (Cádiz - Campamento)

• Your technical foundation: We will need you to hold the official qualification of Senior Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention (we view it very positively if you provide all three specialties).

• Your career in the sector: At least 5 years of real experience managing prevention in heavy industry, naval sector, EPC, petrochemical, or large-scale project environments. You need this background because you will face a strategic challenge from day one.

• Your allied knowledge: We greatly value your proficiency in the Coordination of Business Activities (CAE) and in the supervision of regulations for high-criticality work.

• Languages and mobility: Spanish and English (the latter is a plus) to interact with international technical environments. It is essential to have a driver's license and your own vehicle to travel to the workplace in Campamento.

We are looking to hire three technical leaders as HSE / OHS Manager - Senior Technical Prevention Manager (Cádiz). Your mission will be to coordinate health and safety in the large Camp project (San Roque, Cádiz). Your missions: impact and purpose in your day-to-day 🎯

As our next technical manager, you will leave office routines behind to lead the prevention culture in the field through these key missions:

• Lead and coordinate directly the technical prevention team assigned to the field, ensuring maximum operational cohesion and compliance with the most demanding prevention standards.

• Act as the direct interlocutor with client managers and contractors to ensure fluid communication, resolve critical incidents proactively, and strengthen the technical credibility of our team.

• Supervise in the field the most critical tasks, the management of special work permits (such as confined spaces, ATEX, or LOTO), and the implementation of the necessary procedures to ensure a risk-free environment.

• Manage safety KPIs, investigating any incidents that may arise and performing technical reporting to management to base project improvements on real data.

We have vacancies available for both day shifts and night shifts.

For this project, we offer different schedule options; choose the one that best suits you:

• ☀️ OPTION A: Day Shift (with work-life balance benefits)

  • A flexible schedule adapted to the client's needs, always guaranteeing respect for rest times and personal work-life balance. The shifts are from 7:00h to 15:00h and from 15:00h to 22:00h.

• 🌙 OPTION B: Night Shift (and/or Rotating)

  • Flexibility and shift coverage: Schedules adapted to the operational needs of the construction works and night shifts of the project, with prior planning and always guaranteeing adequate compensation, respect for rest times, and personal work-life balance. The shift is from 22:00h to 6:00h.
