The role

At OCA Global, we are looking for a Instructional Designer (Engineering Specialty) to design and develop innovative training materials within the engineering sector.

If you enjoy creating digital didactic content and are interested in the world of industrial inspection, this is your opportunity to make a difference in the training of our teams.

What you'll do

As part of the Training Department, your role will be key to the development of specialized technical content in industrial inspection. Among your main responsibilities will be:

Designing and creating training material using the Office suite (mainly Word and Excel).
Managing the e-learning platform (Moodle) for the organization and updating of internal courses.
Developing multimedia content, including video editing, creation of digital twins with 360º cameras, and other innovative formats.
Develop and update technical training manuals: Creation and periodic review of training guides, transforming complex concepts into clear and structured documentation.
