Internal Training Technician in Industrial Inspection

At OCA Global, we are looking for an Internal Training Technician in Industrial Inspection to design and develop innovative training materials.

As part of the Training Department, your role will be key to developing specialized technical content in industrial inspection. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Designing and creating training materials using the Office suite (mainly Word and Excel).

• Managing the e-learning platform (Moodle) for organizing and updating internal courses.

• Developing multimedia content, including video editing, creating digital twins with a 360º camera, and other innovative formats.

Regulatory Inspection Division

• Technical education, preferably related to engineering or a similar field.

• Advanced proficiency in the Office package (especially Word and Excel).

• Experience or interest in developing digital training (Moodle, video editing, multimedia authoring tools).

• Analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.

• Interest in technology and ease in learning new tools.

• Experience in industrial inspection or technical training (valuable asset).

• Formación técnica, deseable relacionada con campo de ingeniería o similar.
