🌍 Your Mission: Impact and Purpose

In your day-to-day, you won't just be entering data; you will be the key piece to ensure OCA Global's operations never stop:

• Issuance and management of invoicing

• Review and posting of invoices in SAP

• Control and reconciliation of invoices with orders and delivery notes.

• Follow-up of invoicing issues.

• Administrative management of accounting documentation.

• Support to the finance department in administrative tasks.

• Filing and registration of documentation.

More than a list of requirements, we are looking for the tools that will make you shine in this role:

• Technical training: Background in Vocational Training (FP) in Administration or similar (you will need that organizational base to manage the volume of orders).

• Purposeful experience: At least 1-2 years performing similar functions in purchasing departments (we want you to feel comfortable from the start).

• Mastery of SAP and Office: These will be your daily tools to move fluently in data management.

• Key skills: Effective communication, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset.
