What we're looking for

The person joining as Site Foreman (m/f) must meet the following requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Foreman in residential, hotel, or high-end building projects.
Solid knowledge of construction processes and site execution.
Experience coordinating internal teams and subcontractors.
Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation.
Knowledge regarding occupational risk prevention.
Organized, decisive profile with natural leadership.
Driving license B.
Residency in Mallorca or availability to travel regularly around the island.

The role

We need to incorporate a Site Foreman to lead and coordinate execution works on-site, guaranteeing compliance with established deadlines, quality standards, and safety conditions. We are looking for a person with experience in building, leadership capacity over site teams, and a results orientation.

What you'll do

The person joining as Site Foreman (m/f) shall perform the following functions:

Organize, coordinate, and supervise daily execution works on-site.
Manage and lead internal staff and the different trades present on-site.
Ensure compliance with the planning established by Site Management.
Control performance and the correct execution of works.
Supervise the quality of the executed work units.
Guarantee compliance with health and safety regulations.
Coordinate the entry and distribution of materials and equipment on-site.
Detect incidents and propose operational solutions to avoid deviations in deadline and quality.
Maintain fluid communication with the Production Manager and the Site Manager.
Perform basic setting out and verify measurements when necessary.
