Requirements

What we're looking for

· Engineering in Geomatics and Topography, Technical Engineering in Topography, or equivalent technical training linked to topography, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in site works, preferably in building and urbanization.

· Proficiency in total station, level, and GNSS equipment.

Nice to have

· We will value complementary training in structural setting out, geometric site control, and topographical data processing.

The role

At OCN, we are experts in the construction of high-value-added projects and we are looking for a Topographer, who will report directly to the Site Manager and will be responsible for the topographical works, setting out, and geometric controls necessary for the correct execution of our building projects. The area of operation will be Ibiza.

What you'll do

· Guarantee the accuracy of the surveys, setting out, and geometric controls of the assigned works.

· Verify the correspondence between the execution and the current plans, respecting the tolerances established in the project.

· Coordinate topographical needs with the Site Manager, the Production team, the foreman, and subcontractors.

· Establish, check, and maintain the setting out bases and the references for coordinates and elevations of the site.

· Detect discrepancies between plans and real conditions, communicate them to the Site Manager, and provide data for their resolution before executing the affected works.

· Provide measurements and topographical data for the monitoring of execution, volume calculations, and support for certifications.

· Maintain the traceability of the works performed and keep the topographical documentation updated, including the final state of the site.
