Finance Controller

✅ What do you need to join the team?

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar. A Master's or Postgraduate degree in Finance, Controlling, or Data Processing (Big Data) is valued.

• 3-4 years of relevant experience in Auditing and/or Controlling.

• Knowledge of local and international accounting standards

• Advanced knowledge of the Office 365 package, especially Excel

• Advanced level of English (C1).

• Knowledge of SAP ERP and Power BI will be valued

• A stable project, with permanent employment.

The person who joins will play a key role in financial analysis and control across different business areas, actively participating in KPI tracking, financial reporting preparation, and process optimization with a direct impact on the bottom line.

We are currently looking to bring on a Sr. Controller for one of the companies within OK Group, whose mission will be to ensure financial analysis, monitoring, and control across different business areas, providing key information and strategic support for decision-making, KPI tracking, and optimizing the company's operational profitability and efficiency.

💼 What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

• Review, analysis, and control of costs generated by the different departments attached to each business area.

• Review, analysis, and control of revenues generated by the company's different business lines.

• Monitoring of key business indicators (KPIs) and other relevant financial and management indicators.

• Support in preparing the monthly financial report, as well as assistance in preparing the company's budgets.

• Preparation of ad-hoc reports and analyses.

• Close collaboration with other areas within the company to improve and optimize accounting processes and impacts on the bottom line.
