The role

We are looking for a person passionate about learning and people development, who wants to contribute to the operational excellence of our national and international Stores through training and continuous improvement.

Your mission will be to deliver and manage internal training aimed at our national and international Stores, both initial and refresher training, with the objective of standardizing procedures, improving operations, and guaranteeing the best experience for our customers.

Manage and deliver initial training for the teams in our Store network, both at a national and international level.
Deliver technical and operational training in both face-to-face and online modalities.
Participate in the training of Management profiles when necessary.

Detect training needs and contribute to the talent development of our teams.
