The role

Your mission as a Mobility Sales Advisor in our Málaga - Estación María Zambrano: store.

You will be responsible for offering an excellent experience to our customers throughout the entire rental process, advising them, managing contracts, and contributing to business growth through close, efficient, and results-oriented service.

What you'll do

You will be part of a team that will accompany you from day one, where collaboration and mutual support are fundamental.
You will be the image of OK Mobility, welcoming and assisting our customers in a close and personalized manner.
You will accompany the customer throughout the entire rental process, presenting our products and services and guaranteeing a simple, agile, and high-quality experience.
You will manage rental contracts efficiently, ensuring that the entire process is fluid and offering customer support whenever necessary.
You will develop your commercial profile, identifying sales opportunities and presenting products, services, and additional options.
You will perform the reception and inspection of returned vehicles, guaranteeing the correct follow-up of the process and customer satisfaction.
All this in a dynamic and international environment, where every day you will have new customers, challenges, and opportunities to learn and grow professionally.

How you'll work

Full-time with rotating shifts in the morning and afternoon.
