AI Adoption Consultant

• Lead AI adoption and implementation initiatives, from the identification and prioritization of opportunities to the validation of results and generated impact.

• Collaborate with business areas to understand their challenges and translate them into actionable use cases, maintaining a backlog prioritized according to impact, feasibility, risks, and time-to-value.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams from business, technology, data, and providers, ensuring the correct execution of initiatives.

• Define objectives, KPIs, and success criteria, monitoring adoption, performance, and generated value.

• Drive the adoption of AI solutions and new ways of working, supporting users and teams through workshops, discovery sessions, and training activities.

• Design and promote methodologies, best practices, and operating models that allow the scaling of AI use in a sustainable manner within the organization.

• Collaborate with IT, Data, Security, Legal, and Compliance to guarantee compliance with corporate policies and standards.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and responsible innovation, identifying opportunities to maximize the impact of AI.

You will join a young team and work on different and interesting projects from day one, having a real impact on the project and pushing the current limits of AI, natural language processing, and analytics.

• Identify, prioritize, and govern Artificial Intelligence initiatives aligned with the business strategy, coordinating the involved areas to convert opportunities into viable and scalable use cases.

• Drive the effective adoption of AI solutions by users and teams, guaranteeing a measurable business impact, sustainable utilization, and the achievement of tangible results.

• Training or equivalent experience in project management, digital transformation, technology, innovation, or related areas.

• 3+ years leading digital transformation, automation, process improvement, technological adoption, or Artificial Intelligence initiatives.

• Experience leading complex initiatives in multidisciplinary environments, managing stakeholders at different levels and influencing to align objectives and generate consensus.

• Ability to identify business needs, transform them into AI-supported solutions, and support their adoption within the organization.

• Functional knowledge of Generative AI and its main applications (LLMs, assistants, copilots, prompting, and automation).

• Analytical and results-oriented profile, with the ability to define success metrics, measure impact, and convert complex problems into concrete action plans.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills before technical, functional, and executive profiles.

• Autonomous, organized, and proactive person, with a strong orientation toward the client and the business.

• Experience using management, collaboration, and analysis tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, Excel, Power BI, or equivalents.

• High level of Catalan and Spanish, intermediate-advanced level of English.

• Work experience in Artificial Intelligence (NLP, ML, etc.)
