Requirements
What we're looking for
Education:Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering,Economicsora relatedfield.
Experience:Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably 7-10 years, in digital solutions, commercial processdesignor enterprise implementations.
Technologies:Proven experience with at least one of the following: SAP SD-LE, Salesforce CPQ,Pricefxor a comparable enterprise pricing/PIM solution.
Domainexpertise:Strong knowledge of B2B pricing and/or Product Catalogue management, including value-based pricing, margin optimization, discount governance, PIM, product master data,taxonomyand data quality.
Business analysis:Strong process analysis, requirements engineering, solutiondesignand roadmap capabilities, with the ability to translate complex needs into actionable technology solutions.
Collaboration:Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation,communicationand problem-solving skills in an international matrix organization.
Delivery:Practical experience with Agile,hybridand traditional project methodologies. Integration experience across pricing, PIM, SAP, Salesforce,eCommerceor analytics platforms is beneficial.
Languages:Excellent written and spoken English isrequired. Spanish is strongly preferred;additionallanguages are an advantage.
Travel:Willingness to travel internationally asrequired, typically up to 20%.
The role
As a Product & Pricing Domain Expert, you will provide business-process and solution expertise for the global Product Catalogue and Pricing digital product domain. Based in Barcelona and part of OS&S Trans-form & Digital, Solution Design - Sales & Marketing, the role supports the Digital Product Owner in defining, extending and adopting the Product Information Management (PIM) and Pricing Tool capabilities across OMN, OSM and OPP. The role connects business users, Global Process Owners, product management and technical delivery teams to translate pricing, catalogue and commercial requirements into standardized pro-cesses, solution roadmaps and measurable business value
What you'll do
Act as the domain expert for Product Catalogue and Pricing, supporting the Digital Product Owner with product strategy, roadmap definition, backlog refinement,prioritizationand value realization.
Analyze,designand improve complex end-to-end processes covering product information, product content, catalogue governance, B2B price setting,newbusinessand renewal pricing, margin calculation,approvalworkflowsand price optimization.
Facilitate collaboration between business users, Global Process Owners, regionalstakeholdersand Transform & Digital delivery teams to ensure continuity, standardization and scalable product development aligned with com-panyobjectives.
Translate business needs into process models, functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, datarequirementsand an actionable information-system evolution roadmap.
Provide functional leadership for PIM and Pricing Tool implementations and extensions, including integrations with SAP SD-LE, Salesforce CPQ/CRM,Pricefx, ERP, eCommerce, product masterdataandanalytics platforms.
Advise onB2B pricing strategy, value-based pricing, price governance, margin optimization, segmentation, dis-count structures,renewalsand exception-management processes.
Lead or support fit-gap assessments, solution design workshops, process simulations, proofs of concept, testing, deployment, data migration,trainingand adoption activities.
Drive process re-engineering and continuous improvement by integrating new processes with existing workflows, documentingimpactsand communicating changes to affected business and system teams.
Maintain complete and auditable documentation for business processes, functional designs, configurationdecisions, interfaces, controls, operatingproceduresand training materials.
Support service transition and continuous improvement by working with the Service Manager on incidents, recurring defects, user behavior, adoptionbarriersand operational feedback that should influence the product back-log.
Act as an internal consultant, promote best practices and knowledge sharing, and coach less experiencedcolleaguesor external implementation partners whenrequired.
Support project delivery management when needed, including work planning, dependency identification, risk escalation, vendorcoordinationand progress reporting.
