• Support in customer and supplier service, both by phone, email, or in person.

• Assistance in preparing and drafting documentation, including commercial offers, minutes, budgets, reports, and internal communications.

• Support in the daily administrative management of the branch (filing, data updates, and document control).

• Support in payment collection management and basic client follow-up, always under supervision.

• Collaboration with the technical, commercial, and supervisory teams, facilitating internal coordination.

• Participation in phone support tasks and basic commercial assistance.

• Learning and use of internal tools (Meta4 or other management tools).

• Participation in team meetings as required.

• Compliance with company standards in Safety, Ethics, and Quality.

• Apoyo en la atención a clientes y proveedores, tanto telefónica como por email o presencialmente.

• Colaboración en la preparación y redacción de documentación, incluyendo ofertas comerciales, actas, presupuestos, informes y comunicación interna.

• Soporte en la gestión administrativa diaria de la delegación (archivo, actualización de datos y control documental).

• Apoyo en la gestión de cobros y seguimiento básico de clientes, siempre bajo supervisión.

• Colaboración con los equipos técnico, comercial y de supervisión, facilitando la coordinación interna.
