OTIS, the global leader in the elevator industry, with more than 72,000 employees, based in 220 territories, is hiring a COMMERCIAL MODERNIZATION (m/f) ELEVATORS in MADRID:

As a TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE (m/f) in the elevator modernization area, your responsibilities will be:

• Analyze the existing portfolio and work as a team with supervisors and technicians to develop strategies in the search for opportunities.

• Manage external relationships to secure new clients through elevator modernization.

• Manage and monitor all phases of the project, focused on elevator modernization, from the initial proposal, if necessary, through to collection.

• Analyze projects (interpretation of blueprints, inspection of installations, technical documentation, etc.) and prepare budgets tailored to each one, with a focus on safety, energy efficiency, and quality.

• Collaborate with the technical team in the planning and execution of said projects to ensure proper alignment and maximize client satisfaction.

• Provide technical and commercial advice, ensuring customer satisfaction and service quality while striving to exceed their expectations.

• Collaborate with the execution side of the work to achieve the completion and delivery of quality projects, paying attention to potential deviations in time or product that may require adjustments to costs and/or sale prices.

• Participate in periodic meetings of your branch, as well as any extraordinary meetings where your presence is required, with the primary goal of meeting client needs and ensuring quality.
