The role

Description

Palex wishes to incorporate a Field Service Engineer into our Technical Department (SAT) to cover the Central zone.

📍Location: Madrid or surroundings.

The selected person will be responsible for providing specialized technical support in Industrial Quality Control equipment.

The main functions of the person joining will be the following:

Installation, validation, and commissioning of instruments on-site.
Acquire technical and application training, both through internal courses and at the training centers of the represented companies.
Performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs both on-site and in-house.
Providing high-level technical support to external and internal clients at their facilities.
Providing telephone support/remote assistance to clients.
Communicating with the client to ensure their satisfaction and implementing the necessary corrective measures.
Ensuring the correct and timely delivery of all required documentation and reports.
Following all company procedures and protocols.
Complying with all safety policies, practices, and procedures at all times.
Promoting maintenance contracts with target clients.
Collaborating with the commercial and marketing areas on the renewal of the instrument fleet.
