IT Technician

We are looking for an IT Technician for Hard Rock Hotel Marbella to be in charge of maintaining the hotel's technological infrastructure, ensuring the correct functioning of equipment, systems, and applications, and providing support for any technical incidents.

• Technical support and assistance, backups, and communication and networking tasks.
• Gustómetros coverage.
• Maintenance of computer equipment, repair, and replacement of parts in servers, equipment, and peripherals throughout the hotel.
• Research and development. Improvement and simplification of systems, tasks, processes, duties, structures, security, etc...
• Checking service invoices.
• Carry out assigned tasks promptly, safely, and diligently.
• To be aware of the company's general objectives and those specific to the establishment, to communicate them, and to engage staff in achieving them.
• Participate in periodic department meetings. Keep management informed of incidents and news.
• To know and comply with established internal regulations and, in any case, to act in accordance with instructions received from superiors and professional knowledge of the trade.
• Inform their hierarchical manager of any risks and hazards detected by themselves or workers in their area, as well as any preventive suggestions made to them by the workers under their command.
• Maintain the work area, equipment, tools, and other elements in their charge in a correct state of conservation, order, and cleanliness, immediately notifying their direct superior, or as the case may be, the Prevention Coordinator, regarding any hazards observed.
• Correctly use, conserve, and maintain the Personal Protective Equipment and safety equipment provided by the company.

Buscamos un/a IT Technician para Hard Rock Hotel Marbella que se encargue del mantenimiento de la infraestructura tecnológica del hotel, asegurando el correcto funcionamiento de equipos, sistemas y aplicaciones, y dando soporte ante cualquier incidencia técnica.

• Apoyo y soporte técnico, copias de seguridad y tareas de comunicación y redes.
• Cobertura Gustómetros.
• Mantenimiento del equipo informático, reparación y cambios de piezas en servidores, equipos y periféricos de todo el hotel.
• Investigación y desarrollo. Mejora y simplificación de sistemas, tareas, procesos, labores, estructuras, seguridad, etc...
• Comprobación facturas de servicios.
• Realizar los trabajos encomendados, con prontitud, diligencia y seguridad.
• Conocer los objetivos generales de la empresa y específicos al establecimiento, difundirlos e involucrar al personal en la consecución de estos.
• Participar en reuniones periódicas de departamento. Tener informada a la dirección de las incidencias y novedades.
• Conocer y cumplir las normas internas establecidas y, en cualquier caso, actuar conforme a las instrucciones recibidas de sus superiores y el conocimiento profesional del oficio.
• Poner en conocimiento de su responsable jerárquico los riesgos y peligros que haya detectado él mismo o los trabajadores de su área, así como las sugerencias en materia preventiva le hagan llegar los trabajadores bajo su mando.
• Mantener en correcto estado de conservación, orden y limpieza el área de trabajo, equipos, herramientas y otros elementos a su cargo advirtiendo de inmediato a su superior directo, o en su caso, al Coordinador de prevención, sobre los peligros que observe.
• Utilizar, conservar y mantener correctamente los medios y Equipos de Protección Individual y de seguridad facilitados por la empresa.
