• Support in the coordination and monitoring of CSR projects:
• Very direct involvement in the management and consolidation of social cause campaigns already deployed in hotels across Europe and America. Support in the activation of new actions and their monitoring in different destinations.
• Support to the CSR team in the study, design, and implementation of the first Training and Capacity Building center in the Dominican Republic and its evolution in Jamaica. And two new sustainable agriculture centers.
• Actions to improve environmental impact in all Hotels. Designing specific and personalized plans mainly linked to circularity, biodiversity, recycling, and food surplus management.
• Participation in the group's social, educational, and environmental initiatives.
• Preparation of content, reports, and impact presentations.
• Relationship with foundations, social entities, and partners.
• Support in internal awareness campaigns and corporate volunteering.
• Research of trends and best practices in sustainability and CSR.

Support in the budget management and monitoring of the Abel Matutes Foundation

• Enrollment in Social Security.
• Pocket Money €875 gross/month.

• High level of English.
• Currently studying the final year of a degree or master's (Business Administration, Environmental Sciences, Tourism, or similar).

• Apoyo en la coordinación y seguimiento de proyectos de RSC:
• Relación muy directa en la gestión y consolidación de la campañas de causas sociales ya desplegadas en hoteles de Europa y América. Apoyo en la activación de nuevas acciones y su seguimiento en los distintos destinos.
• Apoyo al equipo de RSC en el estudio, diseño e implantación del primer centro de Formación y Capacitación en Republica Dominicana y evolución en Jamaica. Y dos nuevos centros de agricultura sostenible.
• Acciones de mejora del impacto medioambiental en todos los Hoteles. Diseñar planes concretos y personalizados principalmente vinculados a circularidad, biodiversidad, reciclaje y gestión de excedente alimentario.
• Participación en iniciativas sociales, educativas y medioambientales del grupo.
• Elaboración de contenidos, informes y presentaciones de impacto.
• Relación con fundaciones, entidades sociales y partners.
• Apoyo en campañas internas de sensibilización y voluntariado corporativo.
• Investigación de tendencias y buenas prácticas en sostenibilidad y RSC.
