Senior Supply & Procurement Planner

• Experience: Minimum 4-6 years in a similar position.

• IT Tools: Good command of Office/Google suites and ERPs. Odoo is valued.

• Languages: Fluent Spanish. English: minimum C1, spoken and written.

• Location and travel: Own vehicle for the Barcelona area and surroundings.

• High capacity for attention to detail.

• Management of direct reports, minimum 2-3 people.

• Accustomed to working under pressure and with deadlines.

• Operational and problem-solving profile, with the capacity to coordinate and execute both directly and indirectly.

• Sector: Experience in FMCG and/or e-commerce is valued. Experience with Asian supplier markets is valued.

We are looking for a person to lead the purchasing and procurement area, ensuring that the materials, products, and services necessary for operations are always available under the best cost, quality, and lead time conditions. They must also ensure the correct national and international procurement flow.

Autonomously lead stock planning, inventory control, purchasing planning, and supply capacity, and

directly execute the purchasing process with suppliers: sourcing, negotiation of terms, and issuance of orders, ensuring

reliable and up-to-date information to decide what to buy, how much, when, and under what conditions.

• Administration and management of the MRP and liaison with Sales managers.

• Strategy and execution of the purchasing plan and negotiation with suppliers.

• Strategy and execution of the purchasing plan and negotiation with co-packers.

• Design of reporting and KPIs for the correct monitoring and management of the function.

• Administration of all the above in the company's ERP.
