The role

Panamar Bakery Group is one of the leaders in the manufacturing and distribution of frozen doughs, with an extensive assortment of bread and pastries and a management approach oriented towards satisfying customer needs, based on quality, service, attention, and advice. We have a workforce of 2,700 employees and 10 manufacturing plants, which allows us to be present in all commercial channels.

We work with most large-scale retail operators, both nationally and internationally. Directed by the area commercial manager and guided by the Panamar commercial plan defined and delivered to each delegate, 70% of the work will consist of visiting retailers in person, with or without the company of the commercial team, coordinated with the distributor and commercial manager for the acquisition of new customers and/or management of the current portfolio of new additions, commercial plans, and incident resolution. Administer the budgeted sales of current distributors, generating commercial and value strategies to maintain the budget and maximize sales to the customer.

In accordance with the business model, improve the penetration of our products through the coverage and opening of new customers. Route control, appropriate customer visits, and monitoring of results to boost the group's sales. Ensure that the indirect sales force (distributors) develops, executes, and achieves the monthly sales budget results, accompanying the sales representatives in the different assigned zones, seeking to professionalize them and generating commitment to the Panamar brand throughout the Levante zone.

Requirements

5 years of previous experience as a sales representative in the distributors area, preferably in the food sector.

Availability to travel, with residence preferably in Valencia.

A person with a clear sensitivity to sales, capacity for impact, listening, empathy, management of commercial teams, analytical capacity, strategic business planning in the assigned zone, accustomed to working towards objectives, committed, and responsible.
