Senior Business Architect

• Liaising with both business leads and technology teams.
• Business Architecture and Business Capability Mapping.
• Value Stream Mapping.
• Definition of Target Operating Model (TOM).
• Enterprise Architecture frameworks and notations: TOGAF, ArchiMate, BPMN, and BIAN.
• Professional English, to participate in initiatives, documentation, and collaboration with international teams and partners.

We will especially value practical experience in Business Architecture and in the application of enterprise architecture frameworks in highly complex environments. Experience with BIAN will be a differentiating factor, although specific certifications are not essential. We also value relevant experience in one or several complex business domains (risks, payments, digital onboarding, customer management, among others).

• Defining and evolving business capabilities, processes, and value chains.
• Designing functional and operating models aligned with the organization's strategy.
• Participating in the definition of Target Architectures and Target Operating Models.
• Identifying opportunities for simplification, transformation, and improvement.
• Performing impact analysis, gap identification, and defining evolution roadmaps.
• Facilitating workshops and working sessions with business and technology areas.
• Ensuring alignment between transformation initiatives and the organization's strategic objectives.
• Preparing materials and recommendations for functional leads and decision-making bodies.
