What we're looking for

We are looking for a technical profile specialized in API Design, Quality and Governance (REST and Asynchronous/EDA) with the following key capabilities:

Contract specification and modeling: Mastery of Swagger/OpenAPI and AsyncAPI (2.x and 3.x), Avro schema definition and domain modeling through Event Storming.
Solid fundamentals of Event-Driven architectures (EDA): Clear differentiation between events and commands, choreography vs. orchestration, compensation patterns (SAGA), traceability (event lineage) and observability.
Governance and automation (Quality Gates): Experience establishing the API lifecycle (versioning, cataloging, deprecation), development of custom linters, scoring reports and automated validation in CI/CD pipelines.
Security and access control: Technical judgment in encryption, OAuth, IAM policies, JWT, IdP, mTLS, ACLs and certificate management.
Technical leadership and evangelization: Ability to facilitate workshops, translate technical value into business enablers, align teams and apply industry frameworks such as BIAN.
Contracts and schemas: Mastery of Swagger/OpenAPI and AsyncAPI (2.x / 3.x), along with Avro data schemas.
Event-Driven Culture: Solid understanding of EDA patterns, modeling with Event Storming, traceability (event lineage) and observability.
Governance and tooling: Experience in continuous integration (CI/CD) applied to contract validation and linter development.
Technical security: Knowledge in identity management (IdP), IAM policies, certificates and encryption.
Strategic vision: Communication skills to lead workshops, drive best practices and familiarity with reference frameworks such as BIAN.

The role

We are looking for a specialist to lead the definition, quality and evolution of our ecosystem of REST APIs and Event-Driven architectures (EDA)

What you'll do

You will be the technical reference responsible for ensuring that our interfaces and events are consistent, scalable, secure and aligned with business needs:

Design and Governance: Define the complete lifecycle (versioning, cataloging, observability and deprecation) of REST APIs and events across the organization.
Quality and Automation: Create custom linters, validation rules in CI/CD pipelines and scoring models for OpenAPI and AsyncAPI contracts.
Security: Establish robust authentication and authorization standards (OAuth2, mTLS, JWT, IAM, ACLs).
Technical evangelization: Facilitate Event Storming sessions, guide development teams in EDA patterns (SAGA, orchestration vs. choreography) and act as a bridge between Business and Technology.
