Agile Delivery Leader

The Agile Delivery Leader must ensure that the entire team works in a coordinated manner to achieve agile and effective delivery.

✔ A point of reference for any doubts that may arise for the team or the client regarding software development management under the principles of digital culture and Agile principles.

✔ Strong Agile mindset and specific experience in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and the use of agile tracking tools (Atlassian Suite, Azure Devops, Trello, Kanbanize…).

✔ Knowledge of scaling frameworks (Safe, Nexus, etc.), organizational design, and process optimization.

✔ Analytical capacity, understanding of business problems, and seeking technical solutions.

✔ Leadership capacity, communication and negotiation skills, assertiveness, proactivity, and conflict resolution.

✔ More than five years of experience leading development teams in complex projects with large work teams and under agile methodologies.

✔ Design a framework according to the needs of the client and the team that provides a space for the team to execute the project as efficiently as possible, and for the client to have total transparency and communication.

✔ Ensure delivery through the management of dates and objectives, anticipating unforeseen events and risks and, if necessary, promoting mitigation plans.

✔ Have a clear vision of the product and project to be carried out and ensure alignment between the client's needs and the work performed by the team through a Roadmap and Product Backlog agreed upon by everyone...

✔ Work on continuous improvement through metrics that provide real-time information on the status of the project and facilitate decision-making.
