Requirements
What we're looking for
- More than 5 years of experience in cybersecurity project management.
- Experience in integrating and deploying security tools in international environments.
- Solid knowledge of WAF (Web Application Firewall) solutions and related security technologies.
- Experience in risk management and change management.
- Knowledge of Agile environments and product-oriented organizations.
- Professional English (oral and written).
Nice to have
- Knowledge of networks and network security.
- Experience in executive reporting, dashboards, and project financial tracking.
- Experience in documenting onboarding processes, testing, and transition to BAU.
- French and/or Spanish.

The role
You will be part of strategic Cyber Defense initiatives, leading onboarding projects for a corporate Web Application Protection (WAP) solution called Internet Shield. You will be responsible for coordinating the entire onboarding cycle for new entities, ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, and security requirements.
What you'll do
- Identify and analyze onboarding needs together with the various entities of the group.
- Manage and oversee all administrative, contractual, and financial aspects associated with the project.
- Develop and track detailed project plans, including schedule, resources, and budget.
- Coordinate technical and business teams throughout the entire onboarding process.
- Identify project risks, lead mitigation plans, and ensure their follow-up.
- Facilitate solution adoption by users and stakeholders.
- Maintain smooth communication with all involved parties.
- Manage the transition to operations (Move to BAU – Business As Usual) once onboarding is completed.
- Track project KPIs, dashboards, and budget consumption.
