What we're looking for

Experience: Minimum of 8 years of proven live expertise in:
- Data modeling and data architecture (data flows, APIs, data platforms, etc.)
- Data management (data quality, unstructured data, etc.)
- Data compliance
Regulatory & Security: Solid general expertise in data regulations and data security.
Methodological Expertise: Compliance assessments, governance frameworks, and operational process translation.
Domain Knowledge: Expertise in the insurance value chain.

Nice to have

Expertise in Data Product and Data Mesh concepts.
General expertise in AI and Generative AI (GenAI).
Specific expertise in Insurance Data Domains across the insurance value chain.
Familiarity with the ACORD Reference Architecture.

Languages

English: Mandatory fluent level (both written and spoken) for operating in an international environment.

The role

What you'll do

Data Requirements & Architecture: Analyze and formalize data requirements covering business definitions, data quality, data products, data governance, unstructured data management, and data platforms/architecture based on group standards.
Maturity & Readiness Assessment: Contribute to defining data quality and readiness assessments to measure entity maturity for adopting AI capabilities.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with global and entity-level stakeholders to gather requirements, alignment, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
Compliance & Governance: Translate business strategy and operational processes into compliance requirements, controls, and governance frameworks. Prepare deliverables and execute assessments.
Planning & Execution: Plan, prioritize, and monitor data compliance activities, ensuring structured execution, traceability, and adherence to deadlines.
Reporting: Deliver weekly reporting on status and proposed next steps, along with meeting minutes from stakeholder sessions.
