Are you passionate about design, digital strategy, and communication? We are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile Marketing Manager, capable of enhancing our brand identity and connecting with our community through both traditional and digital channels.
Your main responsibilities will be divided into the following strategic and operational areas:
Content Creation and Branding: Coordinating the design of corporate materials (articles, videos, infographics) aligned with the company's values and aesthetics. Designing and laying out key support materials for the sales team (catalogs, presentations, product sheets, and other commercial resources).
Social Media Management: Planning, creating, publishing, and analyzing content to strengthen the community and brand presence in the digital environment.
Digital Management and Optimization: Maintaining, updating, and continuously improving corporate websites, while also supporting the management and optimization of organic content on digital platforms.
Automation and Analytics (CRM): Participating in the implementation and maintenance of the company's CRM to optimize lead management and business relationships. Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), preparing periodic reports, and proposing data-driven improvements.
Events and Internal Communication: Actively collaborating in the organization of industry events (trade fairs, exhibitions, product launches) and supporting internal group communication to align teams and disseminate key initiatives.
Education and Experience: A degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field, along with proven experience in similar roles (knowledge of or sensitivity to the design, contract, furniture, or lifestyle sector is highly valued).
Digital Skills: Experience in managing social media, web analytics tools, organic SEO, and the use/implementation of CRM tools.
Design and Layout: Skills and proficiency in graphic design and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva, or others) for creating catalogs and high-quality commercial presentations.
Key Skills: A proactive profile, strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a clear focus on detail and brand aesthetics.
