The role
We are looking for an intern to join the finance team, who will be part of the management control team.
What you'll do
Your responsibilities will be...
· Assist the Operational Finance team in planning and reviewing industrial financial performance.
· Analyze the profitability of production sites and participate in transformation projects.
· Create and adapt monthly performance analyses to share with operations teams and senior management.
· Generate monthly reports and production cost analyses, ensuring the integrity of the information.
· Provide monthly variance analyses against budget and participate in follow-up meetings.
· Update dashboards and P&L reports.
· Contribute to the quarterly financial forecast and the construction of annual standard costs.
· Analyze new cost assumptions and review team information.
· Ensure the integrity of data reported in the subsidiary's EPM.
· Participate in the company's transformation by developing and implementing new automated BI reports.
· Review processes with the business analysis team.
· Support marketing teams in developing new products and in the external annual audit.
Required profile
· Degree or Master's in Business/Finance.
· Previous experience in internships or in the business environment is a plus.
· Fluency in English and Spanish.
· Good understanding of financial processes (budgeting, financial closing, reporting).
· Strong Excel skills and basic knowledge of BI.
