What we're looking for

- Associate degree or University degree (Bachelor's/Licentiate) or a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Trade Marketing, Commercial and/or Marketing position in consumer goods companies

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accustomed to working in digital environments

The role

Reporting to the Regional Director of Western Andalusia, you will be the commercial delegate for Seville. Your main functions will be:

What you'll do

- Define and control the objectives set for your team of managers according to the guidelines set together with the Regional Director, and based on the commercial strategy set by the Company

- Motivate and train your managers, supporting and accompanying them, if necessary, in their actions teams.

- Develop the team under your charge for their evolution within the company

- Organize and optimize the daily work of the managers under your charge (routes, visit frequency...).

- Work together with the Trade Marketing team on the promotional actions assigned to the clients in your area

- Attend to and resolve the claims and returns of your clients

- Personally visit certain clients who, due to their importance, deserve special attention, sometimes having an exclusively assigned portfolio.

- Monitoring of business, margins, objectives, listings, and market shares

- Monitoring and analysis of sales evolution in order to optimize forecasts and align objectives
