We are looking for a Business Intelligence Trainee to join our team. You will be responsible for analyzing and managing different databases, supporting management in building key reports, and implementing technological solutions for CRM and business intelligence.

What you'll do

Analysis and management of databases to prepare company KPI reports.
Collaboration in the maintenance and improvement of BI and CRM technological solutions.
Direct communication with the commercial team and IT for the validation of solutions and team training.
Regular meetings with key users to ensure the proper functioning of tools.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
Analytical profile with an advanced level of Excel and knowledge of SQL.
Experience with Business Intelligence platforms such as QlikSense.
Knowledge of SAS Guide and CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.
Ability to interpret data, detect errors and inconsistencies, and work with relational databases.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with different departments.
Proficiency in management tools such as Planner and Teams.
