What we're looking for

University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Logistics/Supply Chain, or similar

Nice to have

Valuable to have initial experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Demand Planning, Procurement, or similar areas
Intermediate-high level of English.
Knowledge of tools such as Anaplan, Infor, or JDE will be valued
Analytical capacity and ease of working with data.
Organization and attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in Excel and computer tools.
Interest in developing a career in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, and Logistics.

The role

Provide support to the Demand Planning team in the monitoring and analysis of demand forecasts, contributing to ensuring product availability and correct inventory planning. You will collaborate with the Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Procurement areas, progressively developing within the planning processes and tools.

What you'll do

Support the preparation and updating of demand forecasts.
Monitor sales, forecasts, stock, and product availability.
Analyze deviations between forecast and actual demand, helping to identify possible causes.
Provide support in the preparation of information and analysis for Demand Planning meetings.
Collaborate with the Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Procurement teams to keep the information necessary for planning up to date.
Support the monitoring of standard products, promotions, and new SKU launches.
Maintain and update information in the planning tools used by the team, such as Infor or Anaplan.
Participate in the continuous improvement of planning processes and tools.
