The role

From Personal 7 ETT we are recruiting an administrative assistant - pricing for a freight forwarding company (air, sea, and land transport) located in Alicante to prepare, analyze, and maintain rates and quotations, ensuring consistency of commercial information.

What you'll do

Among the main duties to be performed, we highlight:

- Preparing standard and customized quotations requested by the commercial team.

- Updating base rates and economic conditions in the internal system.

- Analyzing operational costs and profitability margins by client and service.

- Collaborating with Finance and Operations in validating logistics costs.

- Supporting the preparation of proposals for tenders and special projects.

How you'll work

A stable position with future prospects is offered, working a schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with an initial contract through the staffing agency and subsequent transition to the company's payroll depending on performance.
