The role

We are looking for an administrative professional to join the Back Office Process & Analisys department of a renowned company dedicated to technology distribution.

What you'll do

Management and control of transport invoicing

Maintenance and updating of logistical data in corporate systems

Analysis and control of transport costs

Preparation of reports and data analysis

Coordination and communication with suppliers and internal departments

Requirements

Previous experience in logistics, transport, or distribution companies.

Experience in administrative tasks, data analysis, or logistics management

Knowledge of invoicing and transport cost control.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Access or similar databases.

Experience with ERP AS400 or business management systems is desirable.

Benefits and conditions

Contract with continuity

Full-time schedule from Monday to Thursday 9:00-18:30h and Friday 9:00-15:00h

Possibility of becoming a permanent member of the company staff
