The role
As a Remote Support Engineer, you will implement, upgrade and support Philips Digital Pathology IT solutions for customers in Spain and across Europe, helping drive the digital breakthrough of pathology.
- Implement Digital Pathology IT solutions for new customer projects, combining state-of-the-art ultra-high-resolution scanners, fully integrated software for viewing, diagnosis and third-party AI analysis, and turnkey IT infrastructure that enables storing and real-time streaming of up to petabytes of data. Upgrade existing customers to newer software versions and ensure a smooth customer lifecycle by taking part in incident and problem management and troubleshooting activities.
