Junior Field Technician

Have you just finished your studies in agronomic engineering or are you taking your first steps in the agro sector?

At Planasa, we want to hire a Junior Field Technician to provide technical support.

• Provide technical support to the field teams.
• Plan and coordinate the execution of agricultural tasks: land preparation, sowing, transplanting, irrigation, fertilization, treatments, and harvesting.
• Supervise operational teams, organizing human and material resources according to production needs.
• Guarantee the correct application of phytosanitary treatments and fertilizers in accordance with protocols and regulations.
• Evaluate the state of the crops, detect incidents, and propose corrective measures.
• Collaborate actively in planting and harvesting campaigns, as well as in other key moments of the agricultural calendar.
• Substitute for field technicians in charge of open fields during their periods of absence or vacation.
• Guarantee compliance with occupational risk prevention regulations in the tasks performed.
• Support the collection and monitoring of technical data related to crop management.

• Degree in Agricultural Technical Engineering or Agronomic Engineering.
• Previous experience is not necessary, although it will be positively valued.

¿Acabas de finalizar tus estudios en ingeniería agronómica o estás dando tus primeros pasos en el sector agro?

En Planasa queremos incorporar un/a Técnico/a de Campo Junior para dar soporte técnico.

• Prestar apoyo técnico a los equipos de campo.
• Planificar y coordinar la ejecución de tareas agrícolas: preparación del terreno, siembra, trasplante, riego, fertilización, tratamientos y recolección.
• Supervisar a los equipos operativos, organizando recursos humanos y materiales según las necesidades productivas.
• Garantizar la correcta aplicación de los tratamientos fitosanitarios y fertilizantes conforme a los protocolos y normativas.
• Evaluar el estado de los cultivos, detectar incidencias y proponer medidas correctivas.
• Colaborar activamente en las campañas de plantación y cosecha, así como en otros momentos clave del calendario agrícola.
• Sustituir a técnicos responsables de campo abierto durante sus periodos de ausencia o vacaciones.
• Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de prevención de riesgos laborales en las tareas desarrolladas.
• Apoyar en la recopilación y seguimiento de datos técnicos relacionados con el manejo de los cultivos.

• Titulación en Ingeniería Técnica Agrícola o Ingeniería Agrónoma.
• No es necesaria experiencia previa, aunque se valorará positivamente.
• Ganas de aprender, crecer y desarrollarte profesionalmente en el sector agro.
• Capacidad de organización, iniciativa y trabajo en equipo.
