What we're looking for

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or similar.
Demonstrable experience of more than 10 years in managing complex infrastructure construction projects, preferably in industrial projects.
Proficiency in technical software (AutoCAD, CYPE, etc.) and planning software (MS Project or similar). BIM knowledge is valued.
Valuable: PMP certification or equivalent.
Mandatory: English.

The role

What you'll do

As an Infrastructure Project Manager, your mission will be to lead the planning, development, and execution of complex infrastructure projects, ensuring the achievement of quality, cost, schedule, and safety objectives. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and public bodies to ensure the correct definition, construction, and commissioning of infrastructures. You will manage risks, resources, and technical requirements to contribute to the success of the company's strategic projects.

Sizing of infrastructure, from its origin.
Strategic project planning: scope, schedule, milestones, and budget and risk management.
Definition and control of KPIs associated with comprehensive project management: quality, safety, cost, and schedule.
Collaboration and coordination with different PLD Space engineering departments to ensure the issuance of user requirements for the projected infrastructures and to ensure that infrastructure development projects meet user requirements.
Technical supervision of infrastructures: ensuring the issuance of technical documentation for infrastructure execution projects (drawings, reports, specifications) and ensuring the execution of infrastructure in accordance with applicable regulations.
Economic project management, controlling the budget and analyzing variances.
Management of project-related contracts, supported by PLD Space's legal and procurement departments.
Risk and safety management: identification of technical, economic, and operational risks, and mitigation plans for them. Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations during infrastructure development, in collaboration with the OHS department.
Coordination with public administrations at the state, regional, and local levels, as well as with sectoral authorities as applicable. Management of permits, licenses, and authorizations.
Controlling and supervising the proper execution of civil works and installations (HVAC, fire protection, LV, MV, compressed air, telecommunications, CCTV, etc.).
